Thank God It's Tuesday

Every Tuesday at The Universal Church people have the opportunity to participate in strong prayers for healing. If you have any type of illness, have been diagnosed with a chronic disease, are tired of relying on medication and constant doctor visits, these meetings offer you a solution. Thousands of people have been helped and healed at these meetings.

One of these people is Anita Gallagher of Brownsville, Texas. Anita had the scare of her life when she was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago. Having had two aunts and a daughter who died shortly after being diagnosed with the same cancer, she started to fear the worst. After several tests, doctors told Anita that her tumor was malignant and she would need surgery.

In one of her sleepless nights she came across the church’s TV program, which showed a testimony of a lady who was healed of breast cancer. Anita decided to participate in the special Tuesday prayers for healing every week.

When she followed up with the doctors some time later to have a series of exams, doctors were puzzled with the results. Unexplainably, the lump was gone – Anita had received a miracle. Today she leads a healthy and happy life.

The Scriptures say in James 5.14,15:

“Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.”

Pastors follow this advice with faith and anoint the sick with the Holy Oil every Tuesday for healing. You can have that same anointing and healing prayers done personally for you at one of our churches.

The Tuesday service times are usually at 10am, 4pm, and 7pm at the location closest to you.
