- Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Dollar. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an “invitation to treat” basis and not as an “offer for sale.” As a result, we reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. - Returns Policy
- Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. Computer software, videos, CDs, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed, if you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive. - Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and shipping destination. Shipping options will be given to you before payment is required, therefore all shipping prices are calculated and you can review the total price of your purchase. We will do our best to ship out all products as soon as possible. This means that your items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you with information regarding the status of your order. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order scheduled to ship on these days or on a national holiday will be shipped the next business day.
