Fair trial
A judge can only preside over a case fairly after fully understanding the timeline and details of the case.
A judge (man) collects the information given by witnesses and determines a sentence. In this case, there is a possibility of an unfair decision, since men have flaws and may fall victim to the corruption of others. However, when it comes to God, there is no way that we can receive an unfair sentence, after all, He knows what is within us and within others and everything that happens around us. The Almighty does not need witnesses or evidence to judge our case, since He Himself is a Witness of everything that happens on Earth and knows all our works.
There is only one thing capable of making Him strike His Gavel in our favor: the manifestation of our faith. Faith justifies us before God. We are only just to Him when we make use of faith, as it is written:
Now the just shall live by faith. Hebrews 10.38
This is why we turn to the Righteous Judge by faith. He is the only One capable of judging our case with justice, because He is also the only One who knows all things. There are no circumstances, men or evil that can prevent Divine Justice in the lives of those who seek and submit to it. We are the only ones that can prevent the fulfillment of this Justice in our lives, when we decide not to use the power of faith, trusting in the flawed justice of men.
