God’s warning sign

Although cruel and sometimes unbearable, pain isn’t all that bad. It’s a sign that there’s something wrong with our body. It’s a way for our physical body to cry out for help.

The same is true in regards to our spiritual body. When profound grief and sorrow invades someone’s heart and breaks them down to the point where they surrender under the devastating pressure, that’s the soul’s way of giving a desperate cry for help.

Consider that to be God’s warning sign.

He is not responsible for all the ills of this world. The law of “Give and it will be given to you…” is the rule of life. Whether you like it or not, you will reap today the fruits you planted yesterday.
However, when your soul’s afflicted, it’s an opportunity for God to enlighten your conscience.
Behind every desperate situation, there’s a strong but sweet voice calling: Hey! I’m here. I can and want to help you. Come to Me…

For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy:
“I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit,
to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite”.
Isaiah 57:15
