King of kings and Lord of lords
There are always people who pray to God claiming their rights as servants, for example: “Lord, I am your servant and therefore I do not accept misery, a broken home, an addict son, spending all my money on medicine, working like a slave and not being acknowledged for it, etc.”
However, the greatest proof that they are not servants is in the life of slavery they lead, because it is impossible for someone to serve God (on the Altar) in the Church and be a slave in the world, since our God is “King of kings and Lord of lords”.
I ask you this question: Are you already a king or a lord in this land?
If the answer is no, then you are not serving God like you think you are, even if you have gone to the Altar a few times. To serve God is not only to participate of the Israel Challenge, but to go to the Altar with what God determined!
God demanded Moses take the Israelites to Mount Sinai to sacrifice as soon as he took them out of the clutches of Pharaoh, so they would establish a covenant with Him that would make them kings and lords everywhere.
If it had not happened this way, though they entered a new land that flowed with milk and honey, the only change they would have to tell would be their address, and not their history, because they would remain slaves.
So He said, “I will certainly be with you. And this shall be a sign to you that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain”. Exodus 3.12
And isn’t this what happens in various places of the world? Today, the United States is a land flowing with milk and honey, but immigrants do not enjoy any of this, because they changed their address without going through Mount Sinai (Altar), therefore, they remain slaves. They left “Egypt” and entered “Canaan” without a Covenant with God.
God bless you all!
