Moses’ SuperNatural Request

Imagem de capa - Moses’ SuperNatural Request

At the top of Sinai, Moses made a somewhat bold request. He did not ask for Pharaoh’s death or the destruction of the Egyptians. His request was much bigger and much stronger than this. He had already seen the burning bush and described it as a “great wonder.” And what about the fire and cloud pillars? What about the parting of the Red Sea or the ten plagues that struck Egypt? All of the things he had seen were signs, power, and wonders. But, what did he ask for at the top of Sinai?

And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” Exodus 33.18

What does it mean to see the glory of God? It is when the supernatural is seen, not just some power, a sign, or a wonder. It is not just the cure of an addiction, disease, or even cancer. It is not just the repair of a marriage or being released from jail. All of these things are miracles; they are wonders.

But to see the glory of God is to have a complete life. This is, all of these miracles plus the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

Then He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you… Exodus 33.19

This is so strong that, on Mount Sinai, God called Moses to a place of His very Own, the cleft of the rock.

And the Lord said, “Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.” Exodus 33.21-23

Therefore, to see the glory of God is to have a complete life in every area (family, health, finances, love), but above all, it’s to receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit and the Salvation of the soul.

May the God of the Bible bless you all!
