The word LORD or ADONAI in Hebrew is יהוה (Yud 10, Hey 5, Vav 6, Hey 5).
However, יהוה is an unpronounceable word, until He revealed His Name, Jesus (Yeshua).

Some people justify this translation as YHWH (Yahweh), or Jehovah, but this translation does not make sense.

In the Bible, both in Portuguese and English, when the word LORD appears written in all capital letters, it is referring to יהוה.
