“Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.” – John 9:3

The Lord Jesus made it clear that “THE WORKS OF GOD” would be manifested in that blind man. God never does anything by halves, which is why what happened to the man was a whole blessing.

*Health

“Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.” – John 9:11

*Finances

“Therefore the neighbours and those who previously had seen that he was blind said, “Is not this he who sat and begged?” – John 9:8

As we observe, the verbs are in past tense. In other words, he was no longer a beggar…

*Family

“His parents answered them and said, “We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind;” – John 9:20

Imagine the joy of his parents in knowing that their son was no longer blind nor a beggar; the blessing extended to his family.

*Spiritual

“Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said to him, “Do you believe in the Son of God?” He answered and said, “Who is He, Lord, that I may believe in Him?” And Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you.” Then he said, “Lord, I believe!” And he worshiped Him.” – John 9:35-38

He accepted the Lord Jesus as his Lord and Saviour and worshipped Him.
