4 THINGS YOU MUST LEARN TO DO WELL
A lesson to change your life, apply these 4 things and you will see the difference
Here’s a lesson for life: if you’re going to do something for a long time, then learn to do it well. If you apply this, you will live better than most people. A lot of people don’t know how to do what they do every day well. They do not realise that what they are doing is not the best way (on the contrary, sometimes it is even harmful).
I will mention 4 examples:
The first one is to take care of the body, of your health. This body you have, you’ll be with it until you die. You will not have another body in your life. So, you have to learn to take care of your body in the best possible way. Did you know that most illnesses that people suffer from are caused by themselves? From bad eating habits, addictions, etc. So, learn to take good care of your body. Try to practice what will strengthen your health. Otherwise, you will have a painful old age, trapped in this body and nobody will be able to help you.
The second thing is to use money the right way. A lot of people don’t understand the basics of using money. They buy products at high-interest rates, get into debt and don’t know how to control their impulses. Sometimes people buy things they don’t even use. The vast majority of holidays were created to stimulate trade (nothing against it, that’s good for the economy, but for those who are in debt, it’s terrible). People feed on that information which pushes them to spend what they don’t have. The person enters a pyramid investment scheme thinking it’s an investment (because they don’t know).
The third example is relationships. You’re going to be in a relationship with someone every day of your life until you die. You’ll have to learn how to relate to people because you’re interacting daily. Even if you’re not married, you have other people around you. Nobody lives alone. And some people don’t learn: they are unkind, rude, resentful and selfish and a pain to live with. Some husbands don’t listen to their wives (they leave them on the side) and women don’t know how to respect their husbands (they know how to offend and know how to speak nicely only when it benefits them). People don’t learn, they are stubborn. That’s why the world still has wars even with so much technological advancement.
The fourth and final example is what people ignore the most: taking care of the soul. Your body will be with you until death, but your soul will be with you forever. Long after this body goes underground, long after money ceases to matter, long after your relationships are over, your soul will live on. And how are you taking care of your soul? Because it doesn’t die. If it doesn’t die, when the body dies, where does it go?
Now you understand why people suffer: they don’t use their intelligence and faith to take care of what matters. Learn to do what you do every day well, learn to take care of what is precious and learn to take care of your soul. God sent the Lord Jesus into this world for your soul, that it might not perish but have eternal life. If you believe in the Lord Jesus, who cared so much for your soul as to lay down His life for it, He will help you. Think for a moment: why did God give the life of His Son on behalf of your soul? Watch the video above and reflect on the subject.
