Every marriage can benefit from the support of others – when they are a GOOD influence and cheer for the success of the couple.

Avoid being associated with biased people who always take sides and convey the idea of “You poor thing, you’ve married a very bad person.” (Many cases of cheating start like this, confiding the hurt to a work colleague far more understanding than the partner…)

People with whom you associate should be good for THE COUPLE, not wanting only the good of one to the detriment of the other.

P.S. Abusive relationships are a different story, of course. The safety and well-being of the victim become priority.
