HOW TO BUILD A HAPPY FAMILY

It is essential to understand that a family and a happy marriage are built by someone. It's not magic; it's construction!

The Holy Text in Hebrews says: “For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God” (Hebrews 3:4).
Let’s understand the two parts of this verse.

When you see a house (or any building), you don’t think it came out of nowhere. You think, “Someone built this house.” In the same way that any human edification was built by human hands, the family, which is a Divine construction, is also built by the people who are part of it, and by its builder – God.

The first part of this verse teaches us the following: people dream of being loved, respected, and happy. This is a universal desire in any culture. Human beings want to form families and be happy. But many do not get it because a “happy family” is not luck; it is something built (which usually starts with someone). Interestingly, the Bible says: “The wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands” (Proverbs 14:1).
Does this mean all the responsibility lies with the woman? No. It is written: “Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways” (Psalm 128:1).
In other words, the wise man is like a pillar in the house. But there must be the second part of the verse of Hebrews 3:4 (the presence of God) therefore God is counting on you to do your part.

If you work to build your family but do it only with your own strength, and put God in the background, you will not succeed.
It is written: “Unless the Lord builds the house, They labour in vain who build it” (Psalm 127:1).
Something will go wrong, as it happens in the marriages of this world. They are “sand castles” and not “houses built on the rock”.

Do you want to have a firm home? What do you need? You have to understand that you have to choose the best “material” (since singlehood) that will be used for the construction of your “home.”
People who are unprepared attract unprepared people (and you’re going to break up). This is the mistake of many young people. Those who are no longer that young anymore and who have gone through much suffering and are picking the pieces, you have “The Great Engineer” of homes, who is God.

If you combine your efforts with God, you can get what you want. For every house is built by someone. It’s not magic. It’s not luck. Be that builder.
