How to test if a metal is made of gold or not? There are many ways to do this. They say that if you scratch a gold jewel with a hard-tipped object, the scratch will be golden, and then it is gold; otherwise, it is not gold. And so too, when you want to prove something, there are ways to do it, not only with gold, but we can “taste the food”, “take a test at school”, do a “life test”, in short, there are many things that need to be proven, because there are many lies in this world.

God being aware of this doubt in humans; He puts Himself in the condition of being tested by us. “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him” (Psalm 34:8). So, God calls us to prove Him. And where does His boldness come from? It’s because when someone says, “You can put me to the test”, this person is 100% convinced of who they are and what they can do. Otherwise, this person is a fool. But God is not a fool.

God fulfils everything in all (Ephesians 1:23). He fulfils Everything He promises to anyone. God fulfils His Word. He’s not a salesman who tries to sell a product. He does what He says. This is the essence of God. He is the Word that does not change, that does not lie, that does not go back. Because He is the Word itself. If God goes back on His Word, He ceases to be God.

Obviously, to prove it to God, people must also do their part. So, you have to trust God. You have to prove it by fulfilling the conditions: you have to do it His way. Suppose I give you a recipe for a meal and tell you that it is delicious, that you should use specific ingredients and make it in one particular way. In this case, you have to follow the recipe. This is the only way to discover if the recipe is accurate. It’s obedience with fulfilment. What you need to do is dare to follow the recipe to the letter. Don’t do it your way. Do it the way He determines. If you believe and obey, He will fulfil everything He promised about you. Do your test with God and see how good He is.
