USE YOUR SIXTH SENSE

You have a sixth sense, you know? God gave it to you! This sixth sense will support you in the most difficult moments, so take it out of the draw and put it into practice.

What would your life be like if you lost one of the five senses that God gave to man (sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch)? You just have to observe a person who lives like this. Certainly, they will have to try much harder with the other senses to supply the one they are missing.

Now, think about the Word of God. In this material world, God also gave us an extra sense called “faith”, which does not depend on others. This faith which you don’t need to see to believe. It brings to existence what doesn’t exist.

We see this example in the Bible: “But as they sailed He fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake, and they were filling with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Master, Master, we are perishing!” Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water. And they ceased, and there was a calm. But He said to them, “Where is your faith?” And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, “Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!” (Luke 8:23-25).

They asked the Lord Jesus about where this sixth sense was. It was something God had given them. The same can be observed in an event involving Moses and the staff in front of the sea (Exodus 14:15-16). Faith has been given to us for those moments when everything is going wrong, and the forces and human resources do not solve it.

Pay attention; you are on a boat in the middle of the storm. Instead of despairing, why don’t you use faith?

Jesus taught us, by example, that faith is above nature, the material world. That’s why everything is possible for the one who believes.

Faith holds you; it keeps you. It is the sense we use for difficult times. So, we ignore what we see and feel and cling to the Word.

Jesus asks you: “where is your faith?”

Take your faith out of the draw, dust it off, and let’s use it. You will be marvelled at how it has brought you results (and the name of this is a “miracle”).

Let’s put faith into practice.
