The human spirit can be associated with God or the devil. God has given you a spirit, the breath of life, which comes with intelligence. God, the source of all intelligence, lent us some of His Spirit. And you may notice that only humans have this ability among all known creatures because we were made in the image and likeness of God.

However, He also gifted us with freedom of choice. And that’s where the crossroad of humanity begins: right or left, good or bad. We are the ones who choose. And when we use our spirit to align ourselves with God, nothing will be impossible. The combination of the human spirit with the Divine Spirit is what causes miracles. However, the same intelligence is also applied to do evil. In Canada, for example, a law allows people to end their own lives if they wish. In other words, they decided that if someone faced a difficult problem, they could end their own life.

Evil is capable of anything when it unites with the human mind. But the good too.

Jesus said, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15:7). He speaks of a combination between Him and us, within His will, with our thoughts in Him. And He is in us when His Words (which are spirit) are in us. Then, the Divine Spirit enters you when you are willing to listen to His Words, and you become one. (Of course, this “what you desire” is not including our human whims because a person with the mind of God will not abuse this power to ask for the fulfilment of whims. It’s what’s right, lawful and good for everyone). The human mind has a power that is not yet fully known. And when it unites with the power of God, miracles happen. But if the human mind combines with hell, it will cause much pain and suffering.

So, you choose who you will join and what words will enter your mind. Words influence our choices and decisions. They are spirit, and when they settle in the human mind, they produce what they are. You need to unite your spirit with the Spirit of God. I’m not giving you an idea of mine, a human knowledge. I am passing on to you the ideas of the Lord Jesus. You could, at the very least, put these words to the test. Align your spirit with the Spirit of God.
